What makes Mode of Body different from every other wellness or body program I’ve tried? Most programs ask you to push through resistance. We help you listen to it. Instead of just managing symptoms or focusing on short-term willpower, we’re working at the root where real, lasting change starts. Yes, we do work with energy and the subconscious, because that’s where deep, lasting change begins, but always in a way that's rooted in reality. You won’t be told to “just think positive” when your body’s feeling anxious or depleted. And nothing in here requires sage or crystals (unless you love those). We combine science-informed tools like EFT, somatic work, brain rewiring, nervous system regulation and subconscious reprogramming in a way that meets you exactly where you are.
